Service Overview
Louisville Wildlife Control is a private company providing fee-based wildlife control services. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Our services include:
- Wildlife removal and exclusion
- Urgent wildlife response
- Wildlife management and prevention
Service Agreement
Service Requests
- All services must be scheduled through our office
- Service quotes are provided before work begins
- Emergency response may incur additional fees
- Response times vary based on service type and availability
Fees and Payment
- All services are provided on a fee basis
- Payment is required at time of service
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
- Additional fees may apply for after-hours service
Service Area
- Services available throughout Louisville Metro
- Select surrounding communities covered
- Travel fees may apply outside primary service area
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when reporting wildlife issues
- Grant necessary access to property for service
- Keep people away from the service area when instructed
- Pay for services as agreed
- Follow safety instructions from our team
Service Limitations
We cannot provide service in cases involving:
- Law enforcement matters
- Protected species without proper permits
- Locations outside our service area
Liability and Insurance
- We maintain comprehensive business insurance
- Property damage coverage for service-related incidents
- Customer responsible for pre-existing conditions
- Force majeure events excluded from liability
Service Warranty
We stand behind our work and provide warranties for:
- Wildlife exclusion work (1 year)
- Repair materials and workmanship
- Humane handling practices
Warranty excludes:
- New wildlife entries in non-treated areas
- Customer-caused damages
- Acts of nature
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellation
- Late cancellations may incur fees
- Emergency services non-cancellable once en route
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Direct communication with our office
- Written formal complaint
- Third-party mediation if necessary
- Binding arbitration as last resort
