Can I vacuum droppings before the technician arrives?
Do not vacuum or sweep dry rodent droppings. This can spread contaminated dust. Keep the material undisturbed and arrange assessment for large accumulations or unknown wildlife contamination.
Is odor removal the same as complete cleanup?
No. Masking or reducing odor does not establish that contaminated material has been removed. The scope should identify material removal, cleaning, and any restoration separately.
Is cleanup included in the removal fee?
